Credit packs
Credit packs are one-time purchases. There is no subscription, nothing to cancel, and no automatic renewal.
If none of the credits in a credit pack have been used, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Once any credits in a credit pack have been used, that pack is no longer refundable, except where required by law or as stated below.
Generation failed
If an image fails to generate for technical reasons, the credits will be returned to your balance automatically. No need to contact us.
Service issues
If credits you purchased can't be used because of an issue on our side, contact us and we'll restore the credits or refund the corresponding amount.
Bonus credits
Bonus credits (such as sign-up or referral credits) cannot be redeemed for cash and are not refundable.
How to request
Email [email protected] from the email used at checkout and include your order number. We will reply within 3 business days. Refunds are returned by Dodo Payments to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5–10 business days.
